What a MBBS doctor can do?
This is just a offtopic post. I found a interesting post on internet. Here someone filed a RTI about the privileges of a MBBS doctor and what a MBBS doctor can or cannot do, and MCI responded to the questions. Read it, its interesting. Well this clarifies a few things but the reply is very nonspecific and vague.i think people answering these rti queries dont understand the question properly.
the people in MCI dont wanna clearly say anything… they purposefully answer vaguely i suppose…
